These Terms of Service govern your use of VaultVelocityAuto (vaultvelocityauto.com), operated by Francisco Holdings Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
VaultVelocityAuto is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of collector and specialty vehicles. We do not own, buy, or sell vehicles ourselves. We facilitate transactions between independent parties and earn a commission on successful sales.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. By registering, you represent that you have legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Report unauthorized access immediately to our team at vaultvelocityauto@gmail.com.
VaultVelocityAuto and Francisco Holdings Inc. are not liable for the condition, authenticity, or fitness for purpose of any vehicle listed. We facilitate transactions — ultimate due diligence remains with buyers and sellers. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 3 months.
VaultVelocityAuto collects and processes personal data in accordance with Ontario's PIPEDA requirements and applicable Canadian privacy law.
Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active, plus 2 years. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time by contacting us.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact us at vaultvelocityauto@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
🛡️ Vault Certified Guarantee: Every vehicle sold through VaultVelocityAuto is covered by our escrow protection. Funds are not released to sellers until buyers confirm receipt and acceptance of the vehicle.
If you believe a vehicle has been materially misrepresented, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence and a written description of the discrepancy. We will investigate and mediate within 5 business days. If the claim is validated, your funds are returned in full.
By listing a vehicle on VaultVelocityAuto, you agree to the following terms:
You represent that all information in your listing is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Material omissions are treated the same as misrepresentations. Sellers are responsible for disclosing all known defects, accidents, modifications, and title encumbrances.
You warrant that you are the legal owner or authorized agent for the vehicle, that the title is clear of liens (or that any liens will be paid from sale proceeds), and that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
Your reserve price is the minimum acceptable bid. If bidding does not reach your reserve, the vehicle does not sell and your listing fee is non-refundable. If bidding exceeds your reserve, you are obligated to complete the sale at the winning bid price.
Listing fees are non-refundable once your auction goes live. Success fees are deducted from sale proceeds before disbursement. See the Fee Schedule below for complete details.
All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (HST).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We encourage parties to resolve disputes through our internal mediation process before initiating legal proceedings. Contact us at vaultvelocityauto@gmail.com with "DISPUTE — [Transaction Reference]" in the subject line. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.
