Every vehicle sold through VaultVelocityAuto is covered by our Vault Certified buyer protection. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer receives and accepts the vehicle. If the vehicle is materially misrepresented, buyers are entitled to a full refund. Vault Certified inspections are performed on all Premium and Concierge listings before auction.
VaultVelocityAuto charges sellers a 5% commission on the final sale price, capped at $25,000 on very high-value vehicles. There is no buyer's premium. The success fee is only charged when your vehicle sells — if it doesn't sell, you pay nothing beyond the listing fee. Premium listings have a reduced 4% fee; Concierge listings are 3%.
Yes. We serve buyers in 50+ countries. We handle cross-border title transfer documentation, and our shipping partners cover all major markets. Note that import duties, taxes, and compliance costs in your country are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us for a specific import estimate.
Our Desert Finds category sources vehicles from the UAE — including abandoned lots, estate sales, and dealer liquidations in Dubai. These vehicles are available at significant discounts, often with very low mileage. Full history and condition reports are provided. All Dubai imports are Canadian-compliant before listing.
Domestic Canadian delivery: 3–7 business days via enclosed transport. US delivery: 5–10 business days. International: 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs. White-glove delivery to your garage is available in Ontario for select vehicles.
